O. DiBella Music provides fine quality instruments for our rental customers. These instruments, manufactured by Selmer, Bach, Armstrong, King, Conn, Jupiter, Emerson, Leblanc, Holton, Buffet, Ludwig and Pearl, are specifically designed with the student player in mind.

Please read our rental agreement and keep it for your records. Complete the order form and mail it to: O. DiBella Music, 456 S. Washington Avenue, Bergenfield, NJ 07621. We will deliver an instrument to your child's school before the date needed. If you prefer, you may pick up your instrument at our shop in Bergenfield.

Billing
Our fee for three months rent will be charged to your credit card on the day that you rent your instrument. Every three months from that day your credit card will be charged again until your instrument is either purchased or returned. We will Email a receipt for each billing.
By including your major credit card number on our order form, you as the card holder, authorize O. DiBella Music to bill your credit card as rental fees become due.
If you do not provide a valid major credit card, a security deposit will be required. Call O. DiBella Music for the amount. Invoices will not be sent in advance of payment due dates. If you do not leave a credit card on file, please remember payment due dates to avoid late fees.
A 1.5 % per month service charge will be imposed on all past due balances. If collection becomes necessary, the customer will be responsible for all collection costs.
Purchase Options
Your rental instrument may be purchased at any time. The purchase price is calculated by subtracting all of your rental payments from the instrument's suggested retail value and then applying a Bonus Discount based on the time that you have been renting.

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd month Bonus Discount on a Bass Clarinet* is 30%. Any time after that the Bonus Discount is 20%.

Orchestral Family Only - Most young string players begin their lessons on a smaller-sized instrument. These rentals may be exchanged for larger sizes as the player grows. All rental payments will accumulate towards the purchase of a full-size instrument. Smaller instruments may be purchasedif desired.
Continuous rental is required to take advantage of any purchase option. Accumulated rental payments may not be transferred to another instrument during the first school year only.

Repairs
Your rental instrument will be repaired at O. DiBella Music free of charge unless, in the opinion of our repair department, the instrument was mishandled. Please note that strings, reeds, rosin, drum sticks and oils are disposable items which must be replaced at the customer’s expense. If your instrument needs repair, contact O. DiBella to arrange a pick-up at your school. For extra fast service, bring your instrument directly to O. DiBella Music in Bergenfield.
Instrument Return
Your instrument may be returned at any time without further obligation, assuming payments are current and the instrument has not been damaged. Call O. DiBella to arrange a pick-up at your school or bring your instrument directly to O. DiBella Music in Bergenfield. After an O. DiBella technician inspects your instrument and deems it undamaged, a receipt will be issued and any full month of unused rent will be refunded. The instrument is the customer's responsibility until a receipt is issued. If an instrument is lost or stolen, the customer is responsible for its discounted purchase price.
