O. DiBella Music provides top quality instruments for our rental customers. These instruments, manufactured by Selmer, Bach, Armstrong, King, Conn, Jupiter, Emerson, Leblanc, Holton, Buffet, Ludwig and Pearl, are specifically designed with the student player in mind.

Please read our rental agreement and keep it for your records. Complete the order form and return it to O. DiBella Music. We will deliver an instrument to your child's school before the date needed. If you prefer, you may pick up your instrument at our shop in Bergenfield.

Billing
The fee for three months rent will be charged to your credit card on the day that you rent your instrument and charged automatically every three months from that day until your instrument is either purchased or returned. We will E-mail a receipt for each billing.
By including your major credit card number on our order form, you as the card holder, authorize O. DiBella Music to bill your credit card as rental fees become due.
If you do not provide a valid major credit card, a security deposit will be required. Call O.DiBella Music for the amount. Because we use an automatic billing system, invoices are not mailed until rental fees become past due. Please remember payment due dates to avoid late fees.
A 1.5 % per month service charge will be imposed on all past due balances. If collection becomes necessary, the customer will be responsible for all collection costs.
Purchase Options
Your rented instrument can be purchased at any time. By subtracting your continuous payments from the suggested retail value of your instrument, Bonus Discounts are applied as follows:

*The Bonus Discount on a French Horn, Bass Clarinet or Baritone Horn is 30% for the first nine months. Any time after, the discount is 20% or you may rent the instrument until your payments equal the suggested retail value and your purchase is complete.
Orchestral Family Only - Since most young string players begin their lessons on smaller-sized instruments, rental payments from string customers accumulate toward the purchase of a full size instrument. As a child steps up through instrument sizes, the suggested retail price is adjusted to reflect the value of each instrument. Intermediate size instruments may be purchased if desired.
Continuous rental is required to take advantage of any purchase option. Accumulated rent may not be transferred to another instrument.

Repairs
Your rental instrument will be repaired at O. DiBella Music free of charge unless, in the opinion of our repair department, the instrument was mishandled. Please note that strings, reeds, rosin, drum sticks and oils are disposable items which must be replaced at the customer’s expense. If your instrument needs repair, call O. DiBella to arrange a pick-up at your school. For expedited service, bring your instrument directly to O. DiBella Music in Bergenfield.
Instrument Return
Your instrument may be returned at any time without further obligation, assuming payments are current and the instrument has not been damaged. Call O.DiBella to arrange a pick-up at your school or bring your instrument directly to O.DiBella Music in Bergenfield. After an O. DiBella technician inspects your instrument and deems it undamaged, a receipt will be issued and any full month of unused rent will be refunded. No refunds will be given against the 2011-12 special. The instrument is the customer’s responsibility until a receipt is issued. If an instrument is lost or stolen, the customer is responsible for its purchase price.
